Dutch-born Ine van Dongen studied and has lived most of her life in Brussels. After graduating as a translator, she started her career as a copywriter, and worked at several local and multinational ad agencies including BBDO, Lowe and Publicis, winning many awards for creative copywriting at the CCB Awards, Clio Awards etc.
In the 90s, she started her own company, Ursus, and soon moved to journalism as a freelance writer, to finally become Chief Editor of Media Marketing Magazine.

Lately, he has concentrated on sport marketing where he has realized big sport projects/events such as Jizerska 50 (cross country race, the biggest winter event in the Czech Republic), Primatorky (regatta), Swatch FIVB World Tour in Prague (beach volleyball).
During his time at Ogilvy Promotional Campaigns and Mather Activation, Marek has realized communications projects for many prominent local and international clients such as Coca Cola, Ceská pojištovna (Czech Insurance Company), Procter & Gamble, Telefonica O2 or Energy provider CEZ.

In 1996, Franco founded Quadrante, a digital agency which is today part of Banzai Group, a leading Italian group in the digital economy. He is still President of Quadrante and managing director of Banzai Consulting, the head company of the digital consulting area of Banzai Spa.

Oscar Coto CEO, GMR Spain
Currently working as CEO at GMR Spain (one of the biggest groups of integrated marketing agencies in the world & part of the Omnicom Group), formerly known as Delfin Group, and where, during the last 9 years, Oscar has been occupying several management positions, first as General Manager and then as CEO.
Earlier, he gained experience as Trade Marketing Director at Via Digital, Direct Marketing and Promotions Manager at Telefonica Móviles and Sales Director at Seur Dispatch.

Laura Blanco is a graduate in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance by the Faculty of Economics, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She joined MRM Worldwide Spain as a Strategy Director in January 2007 and was promoted to Managing Director in mid 2008.
Laura started her career in Buenos Aires where she held various executive positions in strategic/business planning and marketing within the finance, and media industries. She gained wide experience in new business development and strategic marketing.
A large part of her professional training was done at the Bank Boston (one of the leading banks in the Argentinian market, 1987-1994) in areas of strategic planning and marketing.
As New Business Director with TELEFE (number one Argentinian Multimedia Corporation, 1994-1997) she worked on the creation of non-traditional and complementary media business. Her first two challenges were Tele-Home, a start-up focus on DRTV, radio, mail shots and catalogues selling business and Latinweb, an Internet news service company.
She moved to Spain in 1997 and joined CP Proximity as Client Services Director. She was part of the leading team that drove CP Proximity Spain to be considered one of the most creative and awarded Direct Marketing Agencies of the world for many years. In 1999 Laura took the challenge of creating CP Proximity Interactive Agency (1999-2003). In 2002 CP Interactive received the DMA Diamond Echo Award.
Then she explored being independent Business and Marketing Consultancy until 2007 when she joined MRM Worldwide Spain. All over these years she kept teaching positions in Marketing Masters in two big Spanish Universities.

Ken Spedding Proprietor, Ken Spedding
Born in Hackney, London so is a qualified Cockney. He grew up at Northwood in Metroland, went to school in, not at, Harrow (the grammar school). He landed a job selling drugs in Bethnal Green for Allen & Hanbury which got him into advertising, then journalism, PR, more advertising, print sales and publishing to end up in 1970 joining the then US owned agency Marden Kane UK at Tattenham Corner as production director. He was part of a breakaway in 1977 that set up Masterguide and he left there in 1988, a year after it was sold it to Holmes & Marchant.
With old partner Graham Morse, he launched the 10 million circulation magazine The Coupon Book, Britain’s first free standing insert, as a joint venture with Reed. After the end of his three-year contract, he was CEO of travel incentive company Flexibreaks. When it merged with the sales promotion division of publicly quoted company, Watermark plc, he was client services director for a few years before sliding, not very gracefully, into semi-retirement. Over the years he has written numerous features for the trade press and spoken at various conferences but and has just completed with co-author Colin Lloyd his first full length book, “Beyond Redemption – the first ever history of sales promotion” Along the way he has collected an ISP Fellowship and spent four years as an ISP director and four more as a sort of non-executive director of the Institute. Apart from writing this book he still gets paid occasionally as a marketing consultant as he likes to keep his hand in and the money is useful. Also he is better at it than he was at golf.

Bob Suppiah, Director of Promotions & Partnership Marketing for BSKYB, is responsible for developing and implementing the promotional marketing strategy across the Sky Platform, individual Sky channel brands, programming equities and services in both the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
In the role, he has specific responsibility for managing all below-the-line promotional campaigns across radio, national/regional press, magazines and online including, brand partnerships, media sponsorship and experiential marketing for Sky.
Additionally, he is Board Director at The Institute of Promotional Marketing and is also currently Chairman of the Radio Action Group at ISBA (The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers).

He began his career, which spans over 18 years, working for Dixons Stores Group for 4 years in the head office within customer service, sales operations and marketing where he gained a thorough understanding of multiple retailing, direct advertising, POS and promotions.
   
Paul Godwin Planning Director, Positive Thinking
Paul Godwin is Planning Director with Positive Thinking in the UK and has served as a Board Director of the ISP for the past 4 years. At the ISP Paul has special responsibilities for Education, is a Course Leader on the Advanced Diploma in Strategic Thinking, and a Lecturer and Course Developer for the ISP Diploma since 1999. His career has primarily been spent in agencies, working initially as an Account handler and latterly as a Strategic Planner with blue chip clients in grocery, sports marketing, travel and financial services. Over the past two decades Paul has been working with cutting edge technologies and leading professionals in all areas of Direct Marketing and has a particularly strong data and insight driven philosophy.
   
Roz Cuschieri Commercial Director, Warburtons
After graduating with a pure science degree Roz joined McVities (United biscuits) graduate training programme. Over five years she held various sales roles from Territory Manager to National Account Manager looking after both branded and own label accounts, the last one being Marks & Spencer.
A move to Scottish and Newcastle in Edinburgh came next, where Roz spent a further five years in a trade/category marketing role – managing the ale and lager portfolio through all of the off-trade as trade marketing director.
Roz’s career with Warburtons began in 1998 when she moved to the North West of England to set up the company’s category marketing department. After two years in this role, Roz then became Marketing Director, responsible for both consumer and category marketing departments, and joined the Operations Board.
Roz currently holds the role of Commercial Director and is responsible for overall commercial strategy, including, from a sales and marketing perspective, the brand’s national expansion programme. Innovation and New Business Development are also part of the remit.
Roz was appointed a Non - Executive Director at Marstons Plc in 2007.
